We're working on improving agent productivity for situations where we use limited access profiles to manage a specific set of tickets. Ideally, we'd like to filter the contacts list to show only contacts related to their currently assigned open (or non completed) tickets. This would allow them to quickly access relevant information and avoid sifting through a full list.
We're exploring the possibility of filtering the Contact view based on open tickets or potentially by other criteria like company name. Any insights or suggestions on achieving this in Zoho Desk would be greatly appreciated
