List segments in Zoho campaigns does not show me the contacts that belong to that segment

Hi there,

I want to create segments based on industry sector within my mailing list that I sync'd from CRM, but once I have created these segments and added multiple criteria I can't view the contacts within each segment. All it says is "No contacts available in this view".

Now I don't know whether or not my segments actually worked.

How I did this:

1. In Zoho CRM I created custom fields in my Contacts module. These fields are called "primary sector" and "secondary sector" and they are under the "Description" section located in each contact.

i.e. In a contact, under "Description"     - Primary Sector: RETAIL
                                                                -Secondary Sector: MANUFACTURING

2. Then I went to Zoho Campaigns and chose to sync contacts from CRM to Campaigns. I selected the "Contacts" and sync "All contacts". Under mailing list details I created a new mailing list called "CRM Sync".

3. Next, under "Map your fields", I added the two fields that I created in Zoho CRM step 1. i.e. Primary Sector and Secondary Sector, and created these two new fields in Zoho Campaigns.

I disabled "Fetch Account Fields" as I didn't think it would be relevant because I didn't modify Account module fields in CRM, only Contact module fields >> is this okay?

4. I then selected under fetch details I selected Sync weekly because I don't want to be running out of syncs halfway through the month. I clicked initiate.

5. When I go to list management I see my new mailing list "CRM Sync" and it says it contains 172 subscribers, which is right.

6. Now I created six segments with two sets of criteria each.

i.e. for RETAIL sector segment, criteria is:      Primary Sector > is > RETAIL
Secondary Sector > is > RETAIL

7. However, this is where the problem lies. Under each segment, when I click "Show Contacts" it gives me the message: "No contacts available in this view"

How do I know that my contacts have been segmented correctly? How can I see the contacts contained in each segment?

Please help,
thx
