Hi Community,

We have recently introduced the live Chat function and I noticed that the live chat notifications seem a bit ´´weak´´ in terms of catching the agents attention. This is particularly problematic when Zoho screen is in the background, i.e. behind some other software the agent is working with.

Is there a way to have a kind of a popup via a chrome extension or something like that grabs immediately attention?
