What are Widgets?
Widgets are a great way to show data from an external service or a database in your chat window. You can pull data from any application and display them in the operator chat window and push data from SalesIQ to any application with actionable elements in widgets.
What are Form Controllers?
Forms can be used as a part of a widget's action response to collect data from your operator and push the data to any application.
