We are trying to upload the attached logo as our systems logo.  Its attributes are 140px x 36px, slightly under the recommended 140px x 60px you list.  Everytime we upload a logo, whether it matches the recommended settings or not  it seems to get resized to a much smaller 28 x32 pixels.  Can you help?
