I was informed that this has been fixed.  It hasn't.

I generate forms in Writer.  Preview.  All fine.  I download the completed document.  When I check the download, half the checked boxes are unchecked.  I complete the document in Acrobat.  All good, I save it in zoho drive.  All good.  I send it in zoho sign and the boxes are again unchecked.

What please is going on?  These are Government forms which need to be completed by the recently bereaved in order that cremations can take place.  My clients need and deserve speed and efficiency.
