mail admin not loading

mail admin not loading

i am trying to login to mailadmin ... gears keeps rotating forever...
its not a password issue whats so ever ... not cookies issues whatsoever
from android app i can login but there so few things to do from there ..
i changed ip address the same... i changed browser --> the same .. i deleted browsing history ... the same
i even installed fresh browser .. opera --> the same
i can login to webmail from all the browsers ... i can check my personal emails ... being the super admin account i cannot login to mailadmin. gears keep rotating forever for 2 days now ... at first i thought it might be some maintenance or similar ... but its more than 48 hs 
i have 3 different domain accounts and they all act the same ...

Please explain or at least give us an announcement ...
i cannot talk directly to support from chat ... this was after i login to admin where i obviously cannot use
