Mail Failures

Hi all,

I am having difficulties. I am a local Neighbourhood watch co-ordinator and I tried to send a group mail to my neighbours today and all were rejected.

Each rejection was accompanied by the following comment.

XXX Family on 25/02/2021 09:12

            554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked. <a href=https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/usage-policy.html target=_blank>Learn more.</a>

From the wording it looks like Zoho has prevented delivery

It’s a few weeks since I last sent a message round and it was fine then.

Have you any ideas what has happened?

Also, I tried to contact you through my account but I can’t log in without another level of security. I tried to enter my mobile number but the box already had an Afghanistan flag and code in . It wouldn’t clear and wouldn’t accept my UK mobile number.

 I then tried to contact you on support@zohoaccounts.com and that was also rejected.

Any help appreciated.
