Mail Problem

Hello everyone,

I have asked support several times, but unfortunately they couldn't help me at all.

If we collect leads (GDPR activated) via Marketinghub, on the one hand normally an opt-in mail is sent and later a journey is triggered. Now to our problem: our leads do not always receive an opt-in mail or mails at all. This happens especially with large providers such as gmx.de/gmx.at or other providers. I honestly don't know what else I can do. The DNS settings have been checked and I also received a message from support that the emails are being sent. I just tried my own gmx.at test mail and again I didn't recived a mail at all. We cannot work with this condition at the moment and now we really have to think about leaving zoho.
