maintaining Bills of Material using Composite Item
The Composite item feature in Zoho Inventory is a very useful feature. However, I realised during the course that I cannot edit an item once there are transactions.
As a workaround, I had asked if I could create a new composite item and ask you to get the transaction history for the old item copied to it.
STILL WAITING. I hope whoever from Zoho Support answers quickly after having understood the problem, as I had raised a ticket a few days back and haven't had a response yet
Unless there is more flexibility in maintaining the BOM, the composite item feature will become useless for most people
