Lets say for example I search the client "Ramón".

If I type "Ramon" nothing will display as I will have to type "Ramón" with the accent mark displayed in order to have it displayed. Zoho is the first software I have seen that does it that way. It should be displayed if search either with our without the accent mark.

I would be very greateful if this issue could be fixed.
