Make Custome Zoho Bookings URL

Hi

I am trying to setup my booking page in my own domain name. I can verify the domain but it seems that Zoho booking is not able to use the subdomain I have cteated.
Please advised what is the correct way to create a subdomain and use custom URL with Zoho Booking applicaiton.
