Manually trigger a data update

I tried the new analytics functions in Zoho Report on the date from Zoho Recruit. Some very nice features. However, my data is missing, so I updated some records in Zoho Recruit and tried to manually trigger a data refresh. I could not find this. Where can I manually trigger a data refresh? 

Also, some of the date might not be changeable in Zoho Recruit. i.e. the wrong create date for a job offering or the wrong hire date for a candidate. Where should I change that so that the reports become more useful?
