Mapped Drop List in Survey is not Populating in CRM Lead View

Problem: New drop list survey elements are not populating in the CRM as mapped.

I have: 

  1. added several new drop-lists to my survey
  2. added question logic to display one of 7 drop-lists based on selected value of initial drop-list.
  3. mapped all drop-lists to separate CRM lead view custom fields (drop-lists).
  4. checked the mapping of all survey drop-list list values to corresponding CRM custom field list values 

Prior to these additions ALL form fields were mapping and populating correctly.

I have other drop-lists which are populating correctly to the CRM... the issue is isolated to new drop-lists.... 

Could this issue be related to the addition of question logic for these drop-lists?
