Steps to set up a free shipping threshold:
In your Zoho Commerce web app, go to Settings –> Shipping & Pickup (under Sales) –> +Add Shipping Rate. In the field "Shipping Rate Type," select Order Value and set a minimum and maximum value, then enter the shipping rate. For free shipping, simply enter 0 as the rate.
You can also communicate free shipping through the Message Bar which appears at the top of your website.
Go to Settings –> Preferences (under Online Store)–> Enable the Message Bar option –> Click Configure –> Enter the required text and click Save.
