Hello, I recently subscribed to Zoho Books through MashreqNeoBiz. I set up the automatic transactions feed fetch but for some reason, it does not seem to update and I have a message advising the last update is from August 30th 2023. I have tried almost everything but it seems I cannot do anything on my side.

Has anyone experience this and managed to solve the issue?
