I have a Creator application that basically takes a published form submitted by the public, generates a record template pdf, then attaches it to an email that gets sent to both the person who submitted the form, and to someone in my organization.  This person needs to save these pdfs to a secure drive. 

Previously this process was handled through BIS, and there was a feature that allowed for a mass pdf export.  Is there anyway I can handle this through Creator or another Zoho product?  This process is executed daily, and with the volume of records coming in, I would like to make sure those pdfs don't have to be manually downloaded one at a time.
