Mass Update Record Sharing

Hello all,

I have the following problem / question.

We have 1000 Products.

I want to share only 300 of those Products to Employee 1, 800 of them to Employee 2, etc.

As you can see Employee 1 and Employee 2 will be able to see 100 overlapping products.

Data Sharing Rules do not work since if I create the 1000 Products, they will automatically share.

I cannot see a way to have a Sharing Rule with some Filter, foe example a drop down value.

The only option to do that is Manual Sharing, but to share 1000 Products by hand is crazy.

Does anyone have any idea how to do that?
