MH Journey's "Push To CRM" - does it require a Custom Module in CRM?
Hi
One of my Journeys has a step to Push data to CRM. On looking at the report, it says it Ignored this step.
I have seen a comment in another message that Push to CRM only works to a Custom Module in CRM. Can somebody confirm this is correct? If so, I'll look into creating a custom module.
Yet another work-around...
Thanks
Steve
