Microsoft front page not working on Windows 8

Here's my question since Microsoft Front page is no longer supported.  Before I invest in a bunch of software to Convert a webpage.  Can a frontpage 2003 built website be directly converted into Zoho Sites or does it have to be completely rebuilt from scratch?
