Hello Everyone, 

Why when we try to edit or save any Microsoft Office file [Excel, Word, etc.. ] Located through WorkDrive TrueSync, I receive is not responding error freezing from the file it self and the work drive create a new file in different name and format?! See attachment.
While the excel and word are working fine and saved successfully outside WorkDrive TrueSync, We have notice that everyone has this issue on his WorkDrive TrueSync is NOT only one person? and it was working fine till yesterday then the issue appeared today to everyone!
So, Currently we can not edit or save any MS Office file through WorkDrive TrueSync
Please let us know your feedback ASAP.
