Hello Zoho Campaigns Support Team,
I am in the process of migrating my email marketing from Brevo to Zoho Campaigns.
I have around 10,000 contacts, which I have already successfully exported from Brevo and imported into Zoho Campaigns. I now need guidance on how to correctly recreate my existing Brevo automation logic in Zoho Campaigns.
Below is the exact automation logic I was using in Brevo and want to implement in Zoho:
Automation Logic (Current in Brevo):
For a sequence of 10 emails (Email 1 → Email 10):
Send Email Ei to eligible contacts
Wait 7 days
If the contact does NOT open Ei, resend the same Email Ei
Whenever the contact opens Email Ei (either from the first send or the resend):
That open date becomes Day 1
From that open date:
Wait 7 days
Send Email Ei+1
Contacts who never open Email Ei should NOT move forward in the sequence
Important Notes:
The resend email is exactly the same email content and subject
Progression to the next email is strictly open-based
There is no fixed timeline for the user; the sequence depends on when they open the email
I would like to understand:
What is the best and recommended way to set up this logic in Zoho Campaigns?
Should this be implemented using Workflows, Segments, or a combination of both?
Are there any limitations I should be aware of compared to Brevo’s automation flow?
Is there a more efficient or native Zoho approach to handle this type of engagement-based sequence?
