Migration of corporate mail environment from Yandex 360 to Zoho mail

I have to migrate a corporate mail environment with an existing domain from Yandex 360 to Zoho mail. It is vital to migrate all users with all the data. I have read the article on this topic using MacMister Email Backup Software just now and have some questions. Please consider that I have never done something similar before so some step by step instructions would be vital and highly appreciated

1. When it comes to MacMister specifically is it required to have a MacOS software to run this migration?

2. Do I have to migrate all users from our corporate mail environment manually, or is it possible to run the migration with one email address (the main one) ?

Please suggest me some alternative softwares that would make the migration process smooth and easy (withous MX, DNS and all this kinds of stuff)
