Missing information when Zoho CRM & Campaigns are synced
I set up an "immediate sync" option between Zoho CRM and Campaign applications and mapped two more fields, besides the pre-mapped fields (i.e, last name and email). But the sync is not retrieving the data for the custom fields from CRM. I even clicked on Fetch custom-mapped fields but nothing happened.
How do I fix this?
