More WorkDrive features on Workplace Standard at the same cost!

Dear Workplace customers and partners,

Hope the year 2021 is off to a great start for all of you. Adding to the positive note in which we've all begun this year, we have upgraded the WorkDrive storage and feature availability in the Standard plan of Zoho Workplace.

Standard users will now have access to more WorkDrive features, which were only available on Professional so far. The storage limit has also been increased  from 5GB/user to 10GB/user (100GB team storage allocated for up to 10 users, with additional shared storage of 10 GB/new user after this limit.) for Standard users. The best part is that, this upgrade comes at no additional cost!

To summarise, Workplace Standard and Professional users can enjoy the following features of WorkDrive:
  • 1 GB File upload limit
  • Team folders
  • Granular access controls
  • External file sharing
  • Encryption at rest (256-bit AES) and SSL/TLS encryption
  • Preview of 160+ file formats
  • Unread notifications
  • Admin Dashboard
  • User management
  • Password protected links
  • Client users
  • Desktop Sync
