Multiple currencies - doesn’t seem to work for site visitors / customers

I am trying to understand how the multiple currency feature works from the perspective of the website visitor who is shopping on my Zoho Commerce site.

My site’s base currency is US Dollars (USD) but my store is for customers in Costa Rica and I would like them to be able to see prices in the local Costa Rica Colon (CRC).

I have enabled Currency Conversion 
and added both currencies in my site settings, 

but when someone visits the site, it still only displays US Dollars pricing with no indication where to view pricing in the other currency.


The instructions here make it sound like the site should display both currencies, but that’s not happening. https://help.zohocommerce.com/currencies

What am I missing? Is there another step I need to take to display multiple currencies to my customers?
