Multiple user log ins

Is it possible to have multiple users log in to the same invoice account?

We use zoho business and we can all log in to different sections and collaborate etc.

We would like to be able to do the same with invoices, so we can all raise invoices within the same zoho space but under our different user names.

It would also be nice if you could pull contacts from zoho business contacts (or at least have an import/export/syncronisation function)
