Mysterious Error whilst editing an application with blank names

I am getting a mysterious error message whilst editing an application name which got saved with blank names. The message returned is:

There is no such application in Zoho Creator

Besides this the URL of the error page also has weird multiple forward slashes before the required requested action ("edit") as below: https://creator.zoho.com/deepak.vasudevan//edit/
