Naming a Visitor in SalesIQ Messes up First and Last Name

When I go to Visitor History to manually associate a visitor with a known contact, I press the pencil symbol next to the system-generated ID number. I enter first and last name, then email. Looks good so far.

However, when it syncs with CRM, first name is correct but last name is written as full name (both first and last name), making a person's name as FNAME FNAME LNAME.

I have to go to every record in CRM and manually clean up the last name. New to Zoho but done dozens already, really wish to stop this tedious practice. Could this be corrected, please?
