New in Office Integrator: Enhanced document navigation with captions and cross references

Hi users,

 

We're pleased to introduce captions, table of tables and figures, and cross-references in the document editor within Zoho Office Integrator. These features allow you to structure documents efficiently and simplify document navigation for your readers from within your web app.

Highlights of the new capabilities:
  1. Captions: Give context for the document elements such as images, tables, charts, and diagrams, by adding appropriate numbered labels for them.
    You can use the slash (/) command to quickly launch the captions dialog in your documents or enable Auto caption mode to automatically add captions when you insert images or tables. You can also change the caption style in bulk in your documents.



  2. Table of tables, figures, and equations: List all the figures, tables, and equations used in your documents along with their corresponding page numbers for easy reference.



  3. Cross-references: Help your readers easily navigate to any specific heading, footnote, bookmark, or other items from anywhere on the document. You can also easily update a cross-reference's value or text in places where it is used in a document when it is modified.
