We are a Health and Food Retailer looking for an application to allow our vendors to submit New item listings online. Attached are 2 examples of the forms we are currently using. We need o be able to let the vendors both upload this into a controlled environment and enter it online. we would then be looking to export that info to excel in a cpl customized formats.
