New Layout Problem

Hey guys, 

I am experiencing an issue when trying to create a New Layout. I receive a message saying "Sorry, but you can not create a new layout as you have aleready reached the maximum limit of 3 layouts per module." 

I have not been able to find a solution to this anywhere.
