I am a brand new user of Zoho CRM. I am coming over from Highrise. And plan to also use Zoho Recruit in the very near future.

I wanted to introduce myself and say hello to all. I expect to be on this forum quite a lot as I ramp up on the Zoho Suite - specifically CRM.

With that in mind, let me begin by asking for three things...

1. Forgiveness and patience. It is inevitable that I will ask questions that have already been answered. I will try to search the forums first, but sometimes, my search queiries will be inadequete or formed incorrectly and I may not see what I am looking for even though it exists. In advance, my apologies.

2. Direction- Please reply here to any resources that you feel my assist me in ramping up as quickly and efficiently as possible. I am looking at youtube for videos, but it is sometimes difficult to know which ones are good and which are no longer relevant.

3. Meet-ups or other Zoho related networking. From youtube, I discovered an event took place for "Zoholics" back in March. I do not want to miss any more such events. And, I see the company is located very close to my home. So, I would love to interface with anyone meeting on this topic.
