No Conformation During Unattended Remote Access Connections

No Conformation During Unattended Remote Access Connections

I have about 25 client computers that I connect to on a regular basis in my list of unattended remote access computers.

There is often a slight chance of me incorrectly choosing the wrong computer to connect to and recently I've made connections to the wrong clients by accidentally choosing the wrong ones in the list.

There needs to be some confirmation dialog box that alerts me to which computer I'm connecting to before I actually make the connection to the client. Sometimes your eyes can play tricks on you when lining up the "Connect" button with the actual customer. I can imagine that these inadvertent interruptions could cause my customers to be inconvenienced and my service could be put into a bad light due to the mistake.

I have some of my customers set for conformation on their end and some that dont want a conformation on their end so asking me to have my customers confirm the connection (like elderly people) is not going to work. This is a UI issue that needs to be worked out in the platform for safety reasons. See screenshot attached to understand what I am talking about.

Please fix this ASAP as this is a serious problem.
