We got a Zoho One plan and started to use Zoho Inventory for Sales & Delivery.

We deliver by our Truck our goods from our warehouse to our customers everyday (Restaurants & Hotels).

We understand the whole Sales process but the problem we always have to generate a new transaction number to go from a transaction to another. That take too much time. We don't need all of that. 

We want Inventory guy only check screen. No paper needed. Just invoices x2 at the end of process

How do we unable the the 'Package Slip' and 'Delivery Order' ? (See attached)

We need:

Sales rep: Sales Order, Draft

Inventory rep: Open Sales Order(Should click something like 'Handling) -  Prepare the Order to go into truck.

Inventory rep: Edit Sales Order if needed (change quantities if needed. We sell food by weight)

Inventory rep: Click on Confirmed - Shipment status: To be delivered

Sales rep: Review Confirmes Sales Order

Sales rep: Convert Sales Order to Draft Invoices

Sales rep: Convert Draft Invoice to Confirmed
