No Responses in PageSense Polls

Hello everyone, 
I have launched a poll on two websites yesterday and I think that responses are not being recorded correctly at the moment. I can see the poll on the page and have tried to submit test answers which are not showing on the PageSense report. Furthermore, I can see that over 200 people have seen the poll and seemingly none of them have answered. I know however from using a different tool on the same exact page a few months back we got around 20 answers within 2 hours.

      • CSS not loading in heat map view

        I ran into a problem with two different websites where when I view the heat map experiment, the CSS for the page is not loaded under the heat map overlay. When going to the page directly, everything looks fine. The page also looks right on the Experiments page where a screenshot is used as the thumbnail... The sites are both WordPress websites.
