No way to link Contacts and Invoices on reports

No way to link Contacts and Invoices. I get a message :

The report you are trying to access is not available.
Following could be the reasons:
- You do not have permissions to access this report.
- The report could have been deleted from Zoho CRM.

I have admin privilege.
