Non-existent Zoho Flow support

Anyone else able to communicate with Zoho Flow support team?

We have now set up over 10 supposed calls with the support team, but no representative ever turns up.

We are working on a time-critical project for our client, and their patience has run out!

Does anyone know of any way to access any actual support from Zoho Flow, or is it just a total con?
