We are Trans Rescue.  Our mission is to help transgender people escape from dangerous places worldwide. We are just starting to use Zoho Books.

There are two unusual parts to our accounting:

1. We send money to many different clients, or spend money on their behalf (eg airline tickets). Lets say Alice is our client, we might give Alice some money so she's not broke on the road, buy her an airline ticket and so on. In this respect we're like a ship builder - we have expenses sent many places, but relatively few sources of income. The shipyard buys bolts and steel and propellers and pipes and such, then sells one ship.  We have helped 146 people to date. Is having 146 "projects" the right solution?

2. a large fraction of these expenses are wire transfers or Moneygram type services. We absolutely need to automate the process, so if I send Alice 100 EUR I want that entered in our books with minimal additional effort.

Can you point us towards good Zoho Books solutions here?
