Not all SalesIQ visits are transferred to CRM???

Not all SalesIQ visits are transferred to CRM???

I have two WebEmbed's setup in my SalesIQ. The tracking code is embedded in two differnet web sits (URL's). 
In salesIQ I can see all the historical visitors on both websites ... It works! 
However I would expect the same information to be available in "Visits" in CRM and then eventually as Leads in CRM. However only visits from one of my Web Embed's show up... the other data is not pushed to CRM??? why is that?
