Not all visitors data is transferred to CRM
Hi there,
we've been using SalesIQ and CRM for sometime now. We have a sign-up form on our website and capture signups as leads in the CRM.
Until recently the lead in the CRM would show information from SalesIQ such as referrer, first page visited, number of visits etc.
Since mid-December (2020) we're only seeing that information available on about 1 in 10 leads.
Any ideas as to why this might be happening?
