The notes are now placed at the bottom on the records under every custom field that was created. This is "Extremely Not User Friendly" Notes is the one area of the record that you use on every record. Why would you make that so difficult to access. When you click the notes in the related field, it scrolls you all the way down to notes. You can no longer see the Candidate info or the "Business Card" view which is the heart of the record. All you see if the candidate name, which makes no sense. Before if you are speaking with a candidate there are 6 fields of information you could see while talking to candiate or working on the record. Now it is "Totally NOT User Friendly At ALL". You have to scroll up and down. If you are adding note and want to confirm the email address, you have to stop entering notes, scroll "ALL THE WAY UP" to the top of the record, then get your info and the scroll "ALL THE WAY DOWN" the record. The notes were right under the Business Card Info which makes sense. You enter notes on every record "WHY" would you make that field so difficult to see and use and then make the 'VALUABLE" Business card info disappear. We use a lot of custom fields, that what they are there for. You have made using "CUSTOM FIELDS A BURDER" because the more fields you have the further down the note section goes and the "Further" you have to constantly "Scroll up and Down" the page. This is not good at all. Any system you work on, adding notes and seeing pertinent information right in from of you while you adding notes is just fundamentally common sense. We are adding notes and the "ONLY" thing we see is the Name. "Why" would you do that. Please walk through that it is not good at All!!
