OAuth2 Verification through Google Scripts (Please help!)

Hello, I am having a great deal of trouble trying to set up OAuth2 from a google script within Google Sheets to change values in Zoho CRM. I cannot figure out how to receive the Grant Token and then resend that in a POST command. I have tried following Google's OAuth2 github documentation and Zoho's but I am unable to solve my problem on my own.

Any help is appreciated.
