I have tried many types of configurations of workflow rules and editing multiple records and different fields within the records and can NOT get a workflow rule to trigger on edit. This is the same if i set the rule as Create/Edit or just plain Edit.  Create rules are working fine, as well as field-level triggers.

 

Am i missing something?
