One invoice, 2 payers

We do a lot of repairs for real estate transactions.
We make one job for a client (say the seller) in zoho and link it to the invoice in books.
Seller pays the 50% deposit. Then says the buyer is going to pay the balance.

Any thoughts on the easiest way to do this in books?
