Option to view all emails in Account/Deal, rather than being only viewable on a per contact basis - IMAP Integration

Hi,

We have recently migrated from Salesforce to ZohoCRM and have enabled the IMAP integration but have come across a major flaw with this, it won't let you view all emails!  This is causing serious issues with our Account Managers as they should be able to simply view all emails which have been sent so they can easily see all email communications.  We have law firms which have over 250 users and the thought of having to individually click through all contacts is in all honestly ridiculous.

There is an option below to show ‘All Contacts – sent emails from CRM’ - could you not add an option for ‘All Contacts – sent emails from IMAP’ as an urgent piece of development? 





I am sure other that other users of your system would more than welcome this update too!
