Hello I am trying to invite a admin member to my origination in Zoho Flow. When the member receives the invite via email and clicks on the "Accept Invitation" button they are taken to a page that says "Error: Could not add user," an image of the error message is attached below. I have tried several times to resend the invitation but they receive the same error message each time. I contact Zoho Flow support and they said that the link I sent is old or expired but that cannot be true as the member I am trying to add accepts the invitation as soon as I send it. 

Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, were you able to find a solution?
