Outlook email integration in CRM - not all emails are shown

Hi!
We have configured Office 365 in Setup | Channels | Email | IMAP Integration.
The Emails from the inbox are sync and also matched to the correstponding leads and contacts. 
What we do not see are emails, which are structured in folders, as many of our users do. 
E.g. folder quoting for all quote requests and current quotes.
In SalesInbox we are not able to access these folders either. 
How can we make these emails accessable?
