Journal Entry Issues

I think Zoho has great features, however I am kind of desapointed by the way I have to record owner's transactions in Zoho. I can't record checks to owners out of the bank account because when I try to record the expense the equity account is not listed in the "expense account drop down list" and I can't make a journal entry to record the transaction because the bank account is not listed in the "account drop down list" in the journal entry form. the only way to do it is recording the transaction as a trasfer. (an unusual way to record owner's transactions)

 

Check Entry Issue

Zoho team, please add the check entry form to Zoho even if the actual printing fuctionality is not going to be active. My business and my client's businesses still cut checks we need some type of check register for report.

 

Report Issues

I havent found a conparable report to the General Leger Report or Check Register

 

Chart of Accounts Issues

Zoho no able to create sub-accounts for me or account numbers. :(

 

I still thinking Zoho has a great potencial to be the alternative to QuickBooks, however some basic and I repit BASIC funcionalities of an accounting software still pending....
