Firstly, there are no pre-made templates.
Secondly, the HTML handling is poor. Just adding or changing a photo is painful, I have to go into the html and (firstly) FIND the image, then manually code it.
Other changes - anything other than minor text - is just plain painful as well. Tables - ugh.
Are there plans to upgrade this to something more friendly and usable - and up-to-date? I'll probably cancel and go back to MailChimp if there's no changes in sight.
